Chai is made by black tea and milk, but our way is different from normal milk tea. At first we brew black tea and add milk into it, then boil it gently. After mitunes, finally great chai is completed. Most of chai already contain spices like masala, but our standard is non-spice pure chai. It is because we want you know the real taste of chai.
We had been looking for tea leaves which match milk for many years. Finally our searcher found flowery fannings were the best for chai. It had mellow fragrance and soft texture. Since then, we has been using it and still been studying the way of making chai in order to reaching the ultimate.
